A letter from 4-C’s Board of Directors

Janet Masterson

Dear Community Partner,

It is with a mixture of sadness and gratitude that the Board of Directors announces Janet Masterson’s departure as Executive Director of Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C), effective August 1, 2017.  Janet has played a critical role in the development and success of the organization, and while we will miss her and her inspiring leadership, we wish her the best of luck as she continues to focus her time and energy on her health and family. We want to thank her for more than 25 years of dedicated service which included many significant accomplishments.

During this transition period, it is our priority to find the best individual to lead, while still maintaining a stable and effective organization.  Cori Gadansky will serve as the Interim Director while the Board of Directors determines its next steps.  Cori has served as the Acting Director since January and will continue to ensure that the organization helps to meet the needs of children, families, and child care providers.

Again, we cannot thank Janet enough for the dedication, passion, enthusiasm and motivation she has given Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C). Her expertise and knowledge will be greatly missed by the staff, Board, members and community partners.  The team at 4-C is committed to honoring her legacy by serving as a voice for children, their families, and the child care providers who serve them.

If you have any questions or concerns during this transition process, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected]

Sincerely,

Connie Wallace, Board President
