Selecting a child care provider:
Finding the right child care arrangement for your child can be confusing and time consuming. Let 4-C take the stress out of your search. We will send you a customized list of regulated child care programs that have vacancies for your child. You will also receive information on choosing quality child care.
Getting child care financial assistance:
Let 4-C talk with you about applying for financial assistance. We will explore services for which you could be eligible. Louisville Metro Government employees could be eligible for this employee benefit if you:
- Are a permanent part-time (work on a regular basis up to 25 hours per week) employee who earns $10.20 an hour or less or a full time (work no less than 35 hours per week) employee and
- Received the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) in the previous tax year and
- Are a legal custodian or parent of a child ages 0-13 years or a child over age 13 years who is physically or mentally incapable of caring for himself or herself and
- Choose regulated (licensed or certified) child care programs and
- Meet family size and income guidelines.
Louisville Metro Government provides these services in partnership with 4-C as part of your employee benefits.
