CCAP Client 10 Day Notice to Provider

The state has determined that a CCAP client cannot be required to give a provider a 10 day notice before leaving the center.  Therefore, the CCAP program will no longer pay for days after a child leaves a center. A client will be allowed to change providers without giving notice to the current provider.  CCAP will encourage clients to refer to the provider’s handbook and give appropriate notice but any fees due for failure to give notice will be between the provider and the client.
