CCAP Client with Delinquent Overages or Co-Pays

As the CCAP Service Agent, 4-C cannot withhold enrollment of a CCAP client for any arrearages owed to a child care provider, other than the co pays. 

When a child care provider notifies 4-C that a CCAP family has failed to comply with a required co payment for 2 weeks, 4-C shall request the provider develop a repayment plan with the family.  If a provider notifies 4-C that a family fails to enter in to a payment plan, CCAP shall not pay a subsequent provider.
