Everything You Wanted to Know About CCAP but were Afraid to Ask
4-C is offering a FREE Provider Information Session for those who have questions about general CCAP policies and procedures. CCAP Eligibility and Fiscal staff will be available to discuss policies that impact the provider.
Please plan to join us on September 13, 2012 at 1:00 pm, at the 4-C Accounting offices located at 960 South Third Street, Louisville, KY 40203. If you plan to attend, please email dawn.thompson@ky.gov or call her at 502-589-7251, ext. 129 by Friday before the session to RSVP. Space is limited, so please let us know if you are bringing more than one person.
In our Elizabethtown office, the CCAP Session is September 18, 2012, noon-1:00. Please email Kathy King at : kathy.king@ky.gov or call 270-360-9911 to register.
Some of the items that will be addressed are:
- The Child Care Service Agreement and Certificate
- Client’s responsiblity to report changes
- PBF/payment process
- Flexible schedules and regular schedules on the PBF
- Provider’s responsibility to report changes
- Sign-in Sheets
Time will be available at the end of the session to answer the questions that you have about CCAP.
