Limit 10 Holidays Per Calendar Year
Licensed and certified providers are allowed 10 paid holidays per year that can be used at any time throughout the calendar year. Unless the provider is using a holiday or the closure meets the criteria for an extraordinary absence, the days that the provider is closed will be a non-billable/non-payable day.
