Provider Enrollment Fees

Enrollment fees may be paid for some CCAP clients to Licensed Type I and Type II Centers or Certified Family Child Care Homes who charge enrollment fees to the general public.  Payment of an enrollment fee must be requested by the provider.  Certificates for clients for whom enrollment fees may be considered for payment will have a note attached with information regarding who to contact and how to request possible payment of an enrollment fee.
