Receive and Submit CCAP Provider Billing Form (PBF) Faster
The Kentucky Integrated Child Care System (KICCS) Provider Portal was introduced in April 2010. The Portal allows you to complete and submit your Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) billing forms and view/print payment remittances online, allowing for a paperless process.
Features of the online system allow you to:
- Submit Provider Billing Forms (PBFs) for payment electronically
- Enter exceptions, document reasons for absences on your PBFs electronically
- View Remittances for paid PBFs electronically
- Print PBFs and Remittances
- Set up levels of users and user permissions for single or multiple provider locations
Benefits include:
- Cost efficiency- A decrease in mailing leads to a decrease in administrative costs to you
- Time efficiency- You may view, submit and/or print PBFs and Remittances on a daily basis. CCAP staff will receive the submitted PBFs immediately upon submission. You will receive PBFs and Remittances immediately upon creation.
- The sooner your PBF is submitted by you and approved by a CCAP fiscal worker, the sooner you receive your payment!
Who Can Apply to Use the Portal?
You can! Any provider receiving subsidy payment on behalf of an eligible child thru the CCAP program, AND has access to the internet can request an account!
