Ten Day Return For Signed CCAP Certificates

It is more important than ever to sign and return your CCAP Certificate A.S.A.P. because it will have an effect on your payment!!!   The Child Care Service Agreement and Certificate must be signed and returned to the Child Care Eligibility Specialist within 10 calendar days.  Signed certificates that are not received within 10 days of the date that the certificate was issued may not be eligible for payment.
