Registration
Select the class that best fits your professional development needs. Register early as all workshops have a maximum number of participants and often fill to capacity.  There is a limit of four participants per center for interactive workshops held at 4-C.  Fees are noted on all registration forms. 4-C VOICE members receive a discount on training. Upon registration, no confirmation will be sent. You will only be notified if the class is full. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to lack of enrollment, inclement weather or extenuating circumstances.

Friendly Reminder
Participants arriving 10 minutes late or leaving 10 minutes early are ineligible to receive a training certificate.

CEU's Available
Continuing Education Units are available for most Interactive and Forum trainings. Anyone needing to renew their CDA can now receive their CEU's for a $6.00 additional charge per person per class. CDA renewal requires 4.5 CEU's, which is the equivalent to 45 clock hours of training over 3 years. CEU's must be requested and paid for at the time of registration. CEU's cannot be back dated.

Certificate Replacement Fee
There is a $5.00 fee for replacing lost training certificates. Training records are kept for a period of 5 years. Payment must be received prior to processing a replacement certificate.

Credit
Credit will be issued for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the class. All credits must be used by December 31 of the year of issue.
