DESCRIPTION:Learn about the art of emotion coaching with small children who have big feelings! The interactive session will provide you with opportunities to reflect about your emotional heritage and consider how that heritage is impacting your teaching practices today. During the session you will be introduced to the five-step model and spend time thinking how to effectively implement emotion coaching within your classroom environment. By the end of the session you will have greater levels of self awareness\, improved listening skills\, and a deeper understanding of how to see children’s’ emotions in a new way.
