DESCRIPTION:We are in the middle of some unprecedented times in so many ways! 2020 has sure thrown us for a loop. As Directors\, we have had to make decisions we have never thought about and care for people in ways we never dreamed. But have we taken care of ourselves? In this Part 2\, we will revisit your own self-care plan and discuss any takeaways that you have had since we last met. We will also discuss new strategies for helping us maintain our self-care on a regular basis. \nThis workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood. \nNotice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training.
