SUMMARY:Orientation for Early Care and Education Professionals with CPR and First Aid
DESCRIPTION:This mandatory training focuses on Health\, Safety\, and Sanitation\, Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse\, and Recommended Practices. This session is required for all childcare employees and must be completed within the first 90 days of employment. Successful completion of this course satisfies the Division of Child Care’s (DCC) new regulatory requirement for each center to ensure that every staff member has received training on first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). \nThis workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood. \nNotice: This is an in person class located at 4-C’s new office!   \nLocation: Community Coordinated Child Care (4-C) \n908 S. 8th Street\, Suite 201\, Louisville\, KY 40203 (Map) \nLevel 1 CDA 1\,2\,3\,8 CC 1\,2\,4 Audience-All \n6 Credit Hours \nBy attending a professional development opportunity\, you are entering an area where photography\, audio and video recording may occur.
