SUMMARY:Strengthening Families Series - Parental Resilience
DESCRIPTION:Parental Resilience is the belief that families have the courage to get through stressful times and navigate a crisis. Our parental resilience has been tested and pushed to its limit over the past year. From NTI to working from home\, our families have been demonstrating a tireless commitment to their children and the workforce. Let’s discuss what each of us can do to support families and recognize this courage. 4-C hopes this session will examine your understanding of resilience\, which is not an innate gift that one receives at birth but instead is a skill we can all develop with intentionality. By the end of the session you will be able to define resilience and will be able to apply concrete skills that support the development of resilience. \nThis workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Kosair Charities Face It Movement. \nNotice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom\, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer\, phone\, or tablet. \nLevel 3   CDA 4  CC 6   Audience-All \n2 Credit Hours
