SUMMARY:What’s Your Story?: Powerful Learning Stories that Support Children’s Development
DESCRIPTION:Do you have a great story to tell about the children you work with and are not sure how to start? In this session\, educators will gain knowledge about how to construct a learning story that will naturally engage parents in a conversation about the child’s development. Using learning stories will also allow parents and educators to work together with the child from a strengths-based approach. Through collaboration and case scenarios\, educators will develop an understanding of the importance of telling the story of children’s development. In addition\, providers will learn how to create and share these stories with children & their families. Stories are very powerful…what’s your story? \nNotice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training.
