DESCRIPTION:Facilitator : Liz Walker \nAnti-bias education in early childhood classrooms is critical to promoting social justice and equity in educational settings. This training is designed to help early childhood educators recognize and address the ways in which biases and social settings can impact young children’s learning and development. In addition\, educators will learn strategies for creating an anti-bias classroom environment. This will include exploring the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion\, developing cultural competence\, and creating a sense of belonging for all children in the classroom.
