DESCRIPTION:Facilitator : Angie Kinser \nStrong leadership in early childhood education begins with self-awareness and a commitment to reflective practice. This training explores the role of self-reflection for early childhood directors\, emphasizing how it fosters growth\, improves decision-making\, and supports a positive organizational culture. Participants will learn strategies to incorporate reflective practices into their daily routines\, including tools for self-assessment\, guiding reflective conversations with staff\, and promoting a reflective mindset within their teams.
