Community
4-C is the central point of contact for community child care needs, serving families, child care professionals and communities in the Kentuckiana area. 4-C works to inform individuals, child care professionals, community leaders, employers, media, and elected officials on issues affecting quality child care.
Community Services include:
- Collecting, analyzing and disseminating data on family and child care demographics that guide policy and planning
- Advocating for children and families on a national, state and local level
- Participating in state, local and national partnerships that support services to meet the needs of children and families
- Working to increase the availability, accessibility and quality of child care
- Providing employer consultations on work/life programs
