4-C staff will record all training credits in Training Record Information System (TRIS) within 10 days of the training. TRIS is the state-wide system designed to store and maintain individual training records for all early care and education professionals in the state of Kentucky. All training participants will be asked to complete an ECE-TRIS form.

No, 4-C does not offer refunds but we will hold that credit to be used at a further date. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be issued credit for other 4-C training.
