Director Essentials: Supporting Early Childhood Educators Through Team Building, Professional Development Plans, and Appreciation

Creating a thriving learning environment for young children requires a dedicated and skilled team of early childhood educators. This training is designed to educate directors on how to support and uplift these educators through a holistic approach encompassing team building, professional development, and appreciation. By investing in the professional development and well-being of educators, we aim to foster a positive and enriching early childhood education experience for both educators and the children in their program.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
