Finding the “right” staff is always a challenge in child care. We will examine our current methods of recruitment and retention and consider new strategies that will support us in finding staff that are truly a good fit for our classrooms and children.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Community Early Childhood Council through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet.
