Directors Roundtable – The Importance of Self-Care for Directors

Being a child care center director can be challenging and can lead to stress. Unfortunately, too much stress can negatively impact the staff that you lead as well as the children and families in your care. Together we will explore the differences between healthy and unhealthy stress and learn some strategies to reduce stress & fatigue, set priorities and take care of YOU.
