Joys of Teaching Community of Practice Session 1: Making the Most of Interactions!
Positive teacher-child relationships are essential to supporting children’s development, because they influence a child’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. Positive teacher to child interactions create secure relationships and support children with establishing healthy peer to peer friendships. Join this Community of Practice to learn how engaging in one on one, face to face interactions build stronger and healthier brains.
The Joys of Teaching Community of Practice will meet monthly on the fourth Thursday from 4:30-6:30 pm EST through June 2022. The cost is free. Each COP is approved for 2 hours of ECE-TRIS credit.
