
Leadership Community of Practice – Reconsidering Relationships and Routines as We Return

This training session will provide participants with information on the importance of relationships and routines with regards to reopening and providing care once again for children and families. Relationships are an essential ingredient to healthy child development and crucial as children return to care. Discover brain based research and practices that support healthy relationships and learn about the role routines play in creating stronger attachment.
Communities of Practice are formed by early childhood educators and leaders who share a passion for teaching children and engage in the process of learning how to do it better as they interact regularly and support one another. Most Communities of Practice meet monthly, with the same group of teachers or leaders attending over an extended period of time.
