Notice: This is an online class. We are suspending our face to face classes until the current social distancing restrictions have been lifted. In order to continue to provide training opportunities, we are offering a variety of distance learning opportunities.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom.

Mindfulness allows focus to be in the present. Participants will gain new insights about how to be more in the moment and understand how it can benefit our relationships with children. Slowing down allows you to be more intentional with children and their feelings.
