During this highly interactive and playful session we will explore music, music play and how all learners can feel capable and competent when engaging with music in your classrooms! If possible, please be sure to bring your favorite children’s song, adult song or musical instrument. During the session we will discuss the important role music and movement plays with children and their development. We will playfully explore how to be more intentional and inclusive with our teaching practices as they relate to learners of different abilities. By the end of the session, you will have more knowledge about music and how it can support child growth and development.
