Video Assignment

Assignment:
Overview:
It is best to choose a time when you will not experience frequent interruptions. This will allow you to concentrate on the content of the video, take notes, and to think of ways to apply it to your work while you are watching.
Instructions:
- Watch the DVD.
- Write a short summary of the DVD (1 full page if typed or 2 full pages if handwritten).
- Scan and email your completed assignment and the required information cover sheet to 4-C. (Download the information cover sheet here.)
- Upon reviewing your assignment, your trainer will reply to your submission. You must participate in an email or phone correspondence with your trainer within 10 days of submission. Once your correspondence has been completed, your training credit will be issued.
