In this book study and eCourse, author Tamar Jacobson provides a framework for early childhood teachers and directors to confront this issue head on. Challenge yourself by reflecting on your own biases and confront discomfort with courage to grow as an educator and clear the way for children to gain a greater understanding of the world and its possibilities.

Participants are responsible for obtaining the books either from the public library or by purchasing their own books. The price covers only the cost of the training module and credit hours.
