Building Positive Relationships in the Classroom

In this training session, early childhood educators will learn the importance of nurturing positive relationships with students and fostering peer relationships. Participants will discover how building strong connections can create a supportive classroom environment and promote social-emotional development. The training will cover techniques for effective communication, empathy, and conflict resolution. Through practical activities and real-life examples, teachers will gain a deeper understanding of these strategies and how to apply them in their daily interactions. By the end of the session, participants will feel more confident in their ability to build meaningful relationships that encourage student growth and learning.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
