Connect the Dots: Essential Practices for Growth and Guidance in ECE

In this 3-hour training, Early Childhood providers will explore how building strong connections with young children and families supports optimal development. Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and reflective exercises, participants will identify and strengthen the four “dots” essential to effective caregiving: creating a supportive environment, building positive relationships, encouraging positive behavior, and using positive discipline strategies. Together, these practices enhance professional relationships and promote children’s growth and well-being.
