
Director Essentials: Building and Supporting Community and Belonging

During this training session, participants will gain the skills and knowledge needed to create a strong sense of community and belonging within their programs. The participants will learn to create an environment where every child can thrive, and where staff and families feel valued and supported. The participants will participate in group discussions and reflective self-assessment activities to gain insight into how their current practices support community and belonging. By the end of this training, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to build and sustain a strong, united community of staff and families.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
