Director Essentials: Elements of a High-Quality Early Learning Program
January 21 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
- This event has passed.
Facilitator Angie Kinser:
What defines a high-quality early childhood program? In this interactive session, participants will explore the essential components that create strong, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children. Together, we will examine how factors such as teacher-child interactions, curriculum, family engagement, learning environments, and program leadership contribute to quality outcomes. Participants will reflect on their own programs, identify areas of strength, and discuss strategies for continuous improvement that support both children’s development and educator growth.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
