Director Essentials: Elevating the Image of Educators and Children in Early Childhood Education

As early childhood professionals, we believe in the importance of seeing children as capable, curious learners. But do we apply the same perspective to the educators who guide them? In this session, we’ll explore how your views of both children and educators shape your programs. During this training session, we will discuss strategies for promoting a strong, positive image of educators and children through intentional thoughts, words, and actions, fostering a respectful, supportive environment that values all voices in early childhood education.
