In this training participants will learn about the importance of having a clear vision, how to develop one that aligns with their values and goals, and strategies for effectively communicating and implementing this vision within their program. They will learn how a vision guides decision-making, inspires, and shapes the program’s culture and identity. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees will learn the key components of a compelling vision statement. They will explore their values, beliefs, and goals to craft a vision reflecting their program’s unique approach to early childhood education.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
