Director Essentials: Infusing Positivity in Your Center

Positive energy is vital to creating and sustaining learning communities that allow children and teachers to thrive. In this session, we will explore strategies directors can use to build and maintain a positive culture and climate in their centers. Participants will learn to address negativity and foster a space where staff, children, and families feel valued and supported. Participants will learn ways to stop negativity and infuse positivity in their centers.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
