A successful career in early childhood education starts with passion, but it grows through professionalism, reflection, and intentional development. This training will guide educators in shaping their own professional path by exploring what it means to be confident, respected, and reflective early childhood professional.
Participants will learn how to strengthen their professional identity, build positive relationships, and create a clear vision for their career growth. Whether just starting out or seeking to advance, this session provides practical tools to help educators turn their passion into a purposeful and fulfilling career
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
