Supporting the Development of Creativity
September 7, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
- This event has passed.

Join 4-C for a highly interactive virtual session on creativity. Through hands-on exploration participants will learn how to promote process driven experiences that nurture creativity and foster development in a variety of domains. Together the group will explore and reflect upon the famous and well known 100 Languages of Children poem to reconsider how to offer invitations, activities, and experiences that are open-ended, creative and child-centered. By the end of the session, the participants will understand the value of process versus product art and be able to connect open ended experiences to developmental areas. This essential skill will help the educators use a whole-child approach when creating classroom experiences for children.
