The Crucial Role of Risky Play in Natural Playgrounds

In today’s world, many children are growing up with fewer chances to play freely, take healthy risks, and explore the outdoors. This training will help early childhood educators understand the value of risky play, especially in natural outdoor settings. You’ll learn how nature can support children’s growth by giving them real challenges, helping them build confidence, solve problems, and become more resilient. We’ll talk about how to safely support risky play, and how to talk with families about why this kind of play matters.
