In this session, participants will understand that observation is more than just watching — it is a powerful, intentional tool for making children’s learning visible. Observation forms the foundation for understanding, documenting, and celebrating each child’s unique development. This training will guide educators through the process of noticing, documenting, and reflecting on these everyday moments to uncover the meaningful stories behind each child’s learning journey. Together, we will explore how to capture children’s voices, actions, and thinking in ways that celebrate growth, deepen understanding, and build stronger partnerships with families. Through hands-on activities, real-life examples, and exploration of different types of documentation, participants will gain practical tools and strategies to transform observations into meaningful documentation that supports assessment, enhances curriculum planning, and honors each child’s individuality
