People with a fixed mindset – those who believe that abilities are fixed – are less likely to flourish than those with a growth mindset – those who believe that abilities can be developed. Mindset reveals how great parents, teachers, and managers can put this idea to use to foster outstanding accomplishment. In this book study and eCourse, participants will learn about fixed and growth mindsets. Participants will engage in brainstorming and journaling activities regarding their own mindset. Participants will also learn about process praise and learn strategies for implementing this with children as well as why it is important to foster a growth mindset in young children.
Participants are responsible for obtaining the books either from the public library or by purchasing their own books. The price covers only the cost of the training module and credit hours.
