Using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) Developmental Screening Tool

Participants will be introduced to the ASQ-3 (Ages & Stages Questionnaire) as a developmental screening tool to be used with families and within the classroom. The focus will be on the purpose and benefits of using a developmental screener as a tool for recognizing children’s developmental milestones, as well as an indication of when referrals or early interventions may be needed. Learn how the ASQ-3 is structured and scored, as well as how to use the screening data to partner with parents and guide them through the referral process if necessary.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet.
