Esta capacitación se enfocará en proporcionar a los educadores de la primera infancia las herramientas esenciales para abordar de manera efectiva las conductas desafiantes, como la agresividad, las rabietas y la falta de cooperación. A lo largo de la sesión, los participantes aprenderán a identificar y transformar estos desafíos en oportunidades para el crecimiento socioemocional de los niños. Esta capacitación profundizará en el entendimiento de las causas emocionales detrás de las conductas difíciles y les permitirá aplicar estrategias prácticas que fomenten un entorno de aprendizaje positivo y seguro. Al finalizar la capacitación, los educadores estarán equipados con técnicas efectivas para promover la autorregulación emocional, mejorar las interacciones en el aula y apoyar el bienestar integral de todos los niños.
This training will focus on equipping early childhood educators with essential tools to effectively manage challenging behaviors, such as aggression, tantrums, and non-compliance. Throughout the session, participants will learn to identify and transform these challenges into opportunities for the socio-emotional growth of children. This training will enhance their understanding of the emotional underpinnings of difficult behaviors and enable them to apply practical strategies that foster a positive and secure learning environment. By the end of the training, educators will be equipped with effective techniques to promote emotional regulation, improve classroom interactions, and support the holistic well-being of all children.
