Facilitator : Angie Kinser

Reflective practice is a tool for personal and professional growth in early childhood education. This training focuses on helping educators develop the skills and mindset needed to become reflective practitioners. Participants will explore the importance of self-reflection and reflective practice in understanding their teaching practices, decision-making, and interactions with children and families. The participants will learn strategies to reflect on their experiences, acknowledge successes, and identify opportunities for growth. The educators will learn how reflective practice can improve their practice and contribute meaningfully to the development and learning of young children.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
