Facilitator : Liz Walker
In this training, educators will explore the foundational role of social and emotional development in supporting toddlers for future school success. Participants will examine key milestones in toddler development, understand the critical connections between emotional well-being and learning, and gain practical strategies to foster secure attachments, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions. Through hands-on activities, reflection, and group discussion, early childhood educators will leave with tools and confidence to create environments that support toddlers’ growing independence.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
