From Challenges to Growth: Supporting Behavior with Purpose

In this training, participants will learn effective techniques to prevent and respond to challenging behaviors in early childhood. Through strategies based on understanding the underlying causes of these behaviors, participants will be able to turn them into teaching and developmental moments. Practical approaches such as de-escalation, implementing positive behavior supports, and fostering teacher-child relationships will be explored to create an environment that promotes learning and emotional regulation. By the end of the session, participants will have practical tools to apply in their daily practice and improve the management of challenging behaviors in their educational settings.
