Director Essentials: Creating a Culture of Support

In this training, Early Childhood Directors will explore how meaningful professional development and intentional staff appreciation can strengthen morale, increase retention, and build a more positive workplace culture. Participants will examine ways to support continuous growth and the importance of recognizing and valuing staff. 

Participants will explore strategies for showing appreciation, celebrating success, fostering teamwork, and creating an environment where educators feel seen, respected, and appreciated.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
