Thriving, Not Just Surviving: Self-Care for Early Childhood Educators
November 12 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Facilitator : Mavie Leon Diaz
This interactive training supports early childhood educators in recognizing the importance of self-care as an essential part of providing high-quality care for children. Participants will explore the impact of chronic stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout on their personal well-being and professional practice. Through guided reflection, educators will develop realistic self-care habits, strengthen resilience, and create an individualized wellness plan that promotes balance, emotional well-being, and long-term success in the classroom.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
