Facilitator Jennifer Pruitt:
Child Care Administrators wear many hats, but leading a team of teachers in a child care facility can be extra challenging. This training will discuss important leadership competencies and introduce some self-assessment techniques to move you beyond the management of every day tasks to continue to grow in your leadership journey.
This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.
