Director Essentials – Inspiring Your Staff with a Common Vision

Engaged leadership is what truly leads to a passionate, engaged staff. In this session we will discuss the role of the director in inspiring and fostering a common vision for a program which can ultimately lead to quality growth and transformation. Our goal as directors is to create vibrant learning communities where all teachers, children, and families can thrive!

This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
