Director Essentials: Reflection and Self-Awareness

Having a better understanding of ourselves is important for building relationships with others, gaining clarity about our purpose and passions, appreciating our strengths, and identifying areas for growth. During this session, directors will participate in engaging exercises and answer thought-provoking questions, allowing them to reflect on where they are in their professional journey and discover more about themselves. The activities will help participants determine the gap between their current and ideal work environment, understand the values and beliefs that shape their behavior, practice strategies to reduce stress and avoid burnout, and create an action plan to achieve greater job fulfillment.

This workshop is free thanks to the generous sponsorship by the Jefferson County Regional Collaborative through a grant from the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood.

Notice: This is an online class.  Please make sure you include a valid email address when registering and that you have internet and email access at the time of the training. This training will be conducted via Zoom, and you will be required to participate via video and audio through a computer, phone, or tablet. All classes are on Eastern Standard Time.
